SMART STRESS ISO©

Smart Stress ISO© was developed by Nor-Par a.s of Norway. The program is designed to work in conjunction with both TRIFLEX® from PipingSolutions, Inc. and I-Sketch from Alias Limited Industrial Software Products. Smart Stress ISO© utilizes the capability of both I-Sketch to generate isometric drawings and TRIFLEX® to capture node numbers, restraints and stress information in order to present a dimensioned ISO.

Smart Stress ISO© automatically transfers all piping geometry and physical data files formats to what TRIFLEX® will understand and import. TRIFLEX® will determine the stresses, restraints, size spring hangers and determine if the piping system passes Code Compliance. Once the analysis is completed TRIFLEX® will generate an ISOout file to Smart Stress ISO©.

de numbers, restraints and stress information previously generated in TRIFLEX® and then passes this information to I-Sketch in a Piping Component File (*.PCF) format. The information that is presented in Smart Stress ISO© is automatically converted to Data Exchange File (*.DXF) and *.PCF formats which can be read by all CAD systems (AUTOCAD) and 3D/4D Plant Design Systems. This process leaves the elements of document control and management of the application to the application which is responsible for the Management of Change (MOC).
